International agreements

Colombia has 15 current commercial agreements  (TLC).

It has preferential access to the markets of 60 countries within the framework of such agreements.

ZFO is a platform for the use of the FTAs in terms of export and import.

The finished product may be sold to the Colombian market without payment of customs clearance taxes, or equally sold to the foreign market by accessing tariff benefits (access preferences) within the framework of international trade agreements (FTAs).

Products manufactured by industrial users of goods for export purposes may have a maximum 65% origin from a country other than Colombia, allowing the conservation of origin Colombia for the finished good.

The products manufactured by industrial users of goods for the purpose of export may have a 35% added national value while retaining their origin Colombia.
